A journey of growth and ambition
On this page, I'll share the path that led me to where I am today in my career.

Where it all started
My first full-time job involved selling retail products. With strong communication skills and a passion for engaging with people, I quickly realized that this role suited me perfectly.
Experience in sales soon sparked an interest in studying business administration. This decision was driven by my desire to keep my options open and explore various career possibilities — since business principles are universal.

A side plot
My outgoing personality and desire to make an impact led me to politics. At 19, I joined the municipal council, and shortly after beginning my studies, I became involved in student politics.
Though my studies were extended by two years due to full-time politics, the experience was invaluable. I gained public speaking skills, learned the nuances of decision-making and teamwork, and had my first supervisory role. All of this prepared me more than well for the future.
Why not a career in politics? I realized how slow the political process can be, and realized it wouldn't satisfy my drive to create immediate impact.
Around the same time, during my last year of studies, I took a course on ISO-certified quality management systems, and it sparked a new passion in me: I wanted to develop company processes to deliver greater value to customers! To increase my chances of working in quality management, I decided to focus my thesis on the subject. I received the highest possible grade for my thesis and a stipend from the university upon graduation.

The Framery era
A surprising start
The spark for quality management led me to apply for a role as a Quality Coordinator at Framery, but my background opened up an unexpected opportunity as a Sales Coordinator. Taking this role was a great decision, as I quickly learned about selling through a dealer network and navigating B2B business in the global market.
Sales Coordinator
2016-2017 | Sales Team
Creating a positive impact on customer experience by supporting sales personnel and distribution partners from the moment a new order is received.
Achieving the career goal
As I became more familiar with the company and its products, my interest in quality management grew even stronger, and I shared this ambition with my boss. Nine months after starting my journey at Framery, I was offered the position of Quality Manager.
So, together with the team, I began building Framery's operating system, secured our first quality management system certificate, and later extended it to include our environmental and occupational health systems. It was also rewarding to publish the company's first-ever sustainability report.
As responsibilities expanded, the Quality Team evolved into the Development & Corporate Responsibility Team, and everything was running smoothly. Developing the operating system provided valuable insights into all core functions — from supply chain to finance — giving me a clear understanding of the entire product value chain.
Nevertheless, as everything was running smoothly and the initial groundwork was laid, I found myself itching for new challenges.
Quality Manager
2017-2018 | Extended Management Team
Leading a team of 6 responsible for the development of ISO 9001 compliance Quality management system and its processes. Key focus areas included improving supplier quality, running the cross-functional Quality Improvement Team (QIT), and overseeing the test assembly process.
Development & Corporate Responsibility Manager
2018-2020 | Processes Function
Led a team of 4 responsible for the development and maintenance of Framery's operating system and its certified management systems in Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety Management (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001). Enabled effective risk management and transparent, fact-based sustainability communication (GRI).
Finding a new passion
I noticed that the company's strategy at the time heavily emphasized customer experience, but there was no dedicated role focused on its development. I pitched the idea of creating such a role to my supervisor, and soon I found myself fully involved in everything related to enhancing the customer experience.
I managed to complete one significant project along with other ongoing developments before Framery started exploring digital services. I jumped right in, and soon, SaaS swept me off my feet. I've always been a tech enthusiast, drawn to systems and technologies that improve efficiency.
I ended up leading the entire digital services development project, and within a year, it reached a point where it became clear that someone needed to focus on customer journeys and the sale of digital services, while another person would need to take on the role of product manager. I wanted to focus on customer success and sales processes, driven by my interest in building them from scratch according to my vision.
Both the service and the customer success team evolved rapidly as our customer base expanded. My success in developing the customer experience didn't go unnoticed, and soon I was given the opportunity to lead the Technical Support team as well. This included all aspects of technical support — from assisting installers, dealers, and end customers with both physical products and digital features.
Finally, the time arrived to commercialize the service and send the first early-bird offers to the customers who had participated in the pilot phase. I can't even describe the pride I felt when our team received the first subscription for digital services. It still gives me goosebumps!
Customer Experience Manager
2020-2021 | Product Function
As the project owner for developing a new digital platform at Framery, I ensured that customer experience and business goals were perfectly aligned in the design of features and functionalities. I coordinated closely with the project team, steering group, and outsourced developers and UI designers.
Additionally, I led Framery's largest aftercare project. This initiative involved training and equipping around 30 Framery employees who traveled to 12 countries, visited 130 customers, and serviced 900 phone booths and meeting pods. I was committed to delivering a first-class customer experience at every touchpoint.
Manager, Customer Success
2021-2024 | Digital Offerings & Services Function
I led a multinational team of 18, overseeing customer success management, technical support, and sales for Framery's workplace technology suite. We delivered value-added services to ensure customers maximized the benefits of their next-generation smart pods and achieved their desired outcomes with digital solutions. Our focus was on guiding customers toward premium service upgrades while also providing prompt technical support for any questions related to digital services or physical products.
By closely representing customer needs and feedback, we played a key role in collaborating with Product Management and Software Engineering to evolve the service from a single-feature platform into a comprehensive smart office solution.
The draw of something new
After 7.5 years on the same roller coaster called Framery, I began to crave change. I'm driven by continuous growth, and when things start to feel too comfortable, I'm ready for the next big adventure. This time, however, I knew the change needed to be more significant than just a new role within the same organization.
A new chapter with Buildie
When people asked what I was looking for next, my answer was simple: SaaS still excites me, and being part of another growth story at a startup or similar has a strong pull for me. I trusted my intuition to recognize the perfect blend of story, product, and role when it came along — and that's exactly what I found with Buildie.
